Our First Tucson Christmas

Christmas morning at their new table from Santa eating their stocking goodies.
Lily and Luke in their Christmas jammies a little more happier.

This was our first year to spend Christmas with just our family and here in Tucson. While at first I was a bit disappointed, the more I thought about it, the more excited I got about starting our own traditions (one of those traditions we both agreed to start with our family is Christmas jammies). Christmas morning really was exciting. Even though we tried to do a minimal Christmas, we realized we really could have stopped at the stockings and balloons we had blown up. Clay loved the metal Hot Wheels he had in his stocking so much he refused to open anything else for a while. Claire was completely satisfied with the balloons :)

You have the cutest twins (and I mean all of them) on the face of the planet!!! am definitely going to start the Christmas jammies tradition next year (or this year... since it's already 2009). Glad to see you've been updating your blog. Can we expect this to happen more often now?

You probably could have stopped with just the wrapping paper. Last year the boxes the presents came in and the paper were Aidan's favorite...now that he's older he is more aware of the toys, but Emma still just liked the paper.
